The client wanted to increase local foot traffic to small businesses by providing a more engaging and incentivized experience for users. They needed a mobile-first platform capable of aggregating local promotions, supporting geo-fencing, and providing real-time analytics and targeting capabilities.
We began with product strategy and user research to identify pain points in local discovery and loyalty systems. Our design team developed intuitive user journeys and a gamified interface to drive user engagement. Our engineering team built a scalable backend and native mobile app with real-time reward tracking, location-based notifications, and business CMS.
